Neil Faint Clinic and Campdraft Red Range 21-23 March 2025

A Weekend of Progress and Performance

The dust has settled on an unforgettable weekend at Red Range, where the Neil Faint Campdraft Clinic and TSPH Campdraft delivered an incredible experience for riders of all skill levels.

This unique format transitioned participants from two days of expert instruction straight into competition, offering a rare and valuable opportunity to apply new skills in a real-time campdraft environment. Whether riders were stepping into the camp for the first time or refining years of experience, the structure of this event proved both effective and empowering.

We extend our congratulations to all clinic participants, many of whom went on to place across the Maiden, Novice, Juvenile, and Encouragement drafts. The progression and confidence on display were a testament to the hard work put in across the weekend.

Weekend Highlights

Friday & Saturday
Participants attended a two-day clinic led by Neil Faint, with a strong focus on horsemanship, cattle selection, pressure and release, and developing campdraft-specific skills.

Sunday
The competition kicked off with the TSPH Campdraft, drawing riders from across the region. With scores consistently in the high 80s and several breaking into the 90s, the standard of competition was outstanding and exciting to watch.

What a weekend! Glendonview played host to an incredible Neil Faint Beginners Campdraft Clinic, and it was nothing short of inspiring. It was awesome to welcome so many fresh faces, all eager to dive into the world of campdrafting with open minds and a real thirst to learn.

This clinic was all about building strong foundations—and every rider stepped up with curiosity, confidence, and a willingness to grow. From first-time cattle work to getting the basics down pat, everyone tackled the weekend with determination and drive.

Neil Faint Kids Campdraft Clinic

What an incredible day at our 1-Day Kids Campdraft Clinic with Neil Faint at TSPH!

It was truly inspiring to watch so many young riders step up with courage, enthusiasm, and a real eagerness to learn. From those taking their very first steps into the sport to more experienced kids looking to refine their skills, everyone brought their A-game.

Whether it was getting their bearings in the camp, having a go at reading cattle, or building confidence in the saddle, each rider embraced the challenge with a smile. The atmosphere was full of energy, encouragement, and plenty of laughter—creating a fun, positive environment that made the day one to remember.

A huge thank you to all the incredible kids who took part (and of course the parents and supporters who cheered them on!). We hope you walked away with new skills, stronger confidence, and an even bigger love for campdrafting. You should all be seriously proud of what you achieved.

We’re already looking forward to the next one—can’t wait to welcome you all back again soon!
